Why I am here…

Not long ago, I found myself in a creative rut, feeling completely unoriginal. Conversations felt hollow—I was parroting lines from books, quoting podcasts, and referencing other people’s opinions more than I was forming my own. Phrases like, “Oh, I just read in this book that…” or “According to this podcast…” became my default. It was a wake-up call: Where were my own ideas? Did I even have original thoughts anymore?

Determined to find out, I made a promise to myself: Every original thought I had, no matter how small or incomplete, would get written down. At first, it felt like an experiment, but soon it became a habit. I started creating lists—not just of ideas, but of lessons learned, wine pairings, tools I needed, and concepts I wanted to explore. Over time, these lists grew into a collection of hundreds, maybe thousands, of tiny seeds waiting to sprout.

But here’s the thing: I almost never revisit them. They sit dormant, jotted down but unexplored. For years, I’ve wanted to give these ideas a home—a place where they could evolve, be edited, expanded upon, and maybe even shared with others.

So now I’m on a journey to find that home. Could it be X? A blog? A newsletter? I’m not sure yet, but I’m ready to start the next chapter: turning those seeds of thought into something real, something meaningful, and maybe even something original.
